Elie, our Chief Executive Officer, holds a Master's degree in mechanical design engineering from the University of Kassel in Germany, graduating in 2013. He has played a key role in over 40 projects in automated production lines, specializing in assembly, packaging, laminating and in custom machine engineering across Germany.

SIMOUN, M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

As our Chief Technology Officer, Simoun possesses a wealth of knowledge in mechanical systems and advanced engineering principles. With over 35 projects, he has led initiatives in customized and automated production lines, including cigarette manufacturing and paper pallet assembly.

Our cartoning machinery is driven by an innovative constant-X ROTARY MOTION concept that redefines high-speed packaging automation. While competitors' systems are bulky and slow down during box or material changes, MEKNIKA guarantees CONSTANT production speed with a drastically reduced machine FOOTPRINT.

 

Performance Metrics: Engineered for a constant 2.4-second cycle time, the HXRC delivers 25 cycles per minute (CPM), enabling a new tier of production efficiency:

  • 15-Minute Push-and-Click Changeover: Tool-less format changeover kit enables a single operator to change between product types and sizes completely in under 15 minutes.

  • Rapid, dual-side switching (1-2-3 Snap Lock, STE, and RTE): Features quick-change side closers that easily swap between the left and right sides, allowing you to run 1-2-3 Snap Lock, STE, or RTE on either side of the box.

  • Universal Product Infeed: Supports single or multi-item feeding alongside automated leaflet integration.
